OUR SERVICES

We provide a paid an expediting service to help obtain Seller’s Permit Numbers from state offices. (“Services”). We provide experienced assistance and a secure online order form to help and assist in providing your information to the proper government office and to help obtain Seller’s Permit numbers. We are not affiliated with the IRS or any other governmental or regulatory body or agency.


FEES AND REFUND POLICY

You may apply for a Seller’s Permit number directly on your state website for free or less cost.  We provide the services for the rates listed on the Website, which are incorporate herein by reference. Paying our fee does not grant you an immediate sellers permit or resale certificate. You must fill out the forms we provide you following payment.

Charges & Refund Policy

TaxDocFiling.com is a customer first company. We begin processing and transmitting orders to government offices immediately upon order submission. Please contact us immediately if you need a refund, and our customer support agents will work directly with you to discuss your individual refund needs. All refunds will be determined on a case by case basis.

We will do everything we can to process your application in one business day, provided all information provided to us is accurate. If we cannot complete the process and no Seller’s Permit number is assigned due to an unfixable error, we will provide a full refund.

If we do complete the application and an Seller’s Permit is successfully assigned (service is provided), no refunds can be issued.

For incomplete orders due to inaccurate information, the customer will be contacted via email by us to rectify the issue, and we will try one additional time to obtain your Seller’s Permit number. If at that point there is another error, the customer will be refunded on the next business day.

If, after a good faith attempt to notify You has been made, We are unable to complete Your order and obtain Your Permit or Certificate due to Your failure or refusal to provide needed information or otherwise complete Our process, We shall not be obligated to issue You a refund.

  11. By using this website to obtain your federal identification number, you hereby warrant that you are an eligible individual under applicable law to apply for and receive the identification number.
  12. You further agree that we are authorized to act as your “designated representative” and/or “agent” to make submissions in your name.

 

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if a suspicion arises that you have violated these Terms in your access and use of Website and Services.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute, it shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in the State of Florida before a single arbitrator in an individual capacity (and never as a plaintiff or class member seeking class-wide relief). We must agree on the rules and procedures of arbitration. If we are unable to agree within 15 days, arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures and the arbitrator shall apply the laws applicable in the State of Florida without regard to the conflict of laws rules thereof.

Judgment on the award outcome and award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. The award shall determine the prevailing party, allocate all or part of the legal costs including the arbitrator fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees of the prevailing party, and require payment by the non-prevailing party.

Despite mandatory arbitration, either of us may seek an injunction or other provisional remedies to aid arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
